In a Life Group, we become connected to other people, we learn about God, and we discover how to minister to others using our spiritual gifts.  We are able to deepen our prayer life and share about our struggles and pain, in a friendly, non-threatening environment.  Life groups can also be a springboard for lifestyle evangelism and other ministry.

There are many kinds of groups that function within our church.  Because individual needs differ greatly, so do the variety of groups and their focus.

Presently we have groups for young mums, men in retirement, young couples, care groups, study groups, prayer groups, fellowships groups, interest groups, youth groups, children's groups, including Sunday School.

Groups meet weekly, fortnightly or monthly.  Current groups are listed here.

Jesus could have relied on his public ministry to build His kingdom, but He did not.  He had only three years of ministry, so He chose twelve followers and invested the majority of His trust, knowledge, time and relationship in them.  He became their friend.  They became His family.

The plan of Jesus was basically individual discipleship in a small group setting, listening, discussing, watching, then sharing in the tasks, going out in ministry.

Small groups of believers who love one another with God's love will experience the life Christ promised at the deepest level possible.
